RIGOROUS AND CONTINUOUS TRAINING

Our employees undergo a minimum of 48 hours of training annually which covers 34 hours of technical and non-technical training as well as 14 hours of Health, Safety, & Quality.

We follow well established training programs which runs throughout the year, to enhance relevant competencies, multi-skill exposure to areas such as Technical Training and Personality Development. Training is supervised by a Corporate Technical team consisting of Department Heads/ Sector Heads or Subject Specialists available at the corporate offices. We also encourage our employees to undergo in-house training led by our Senior Staff and other experienced personnel.
